Tottori City in Tottori Prefecture has been offering special discount on taxi fare for foreign tourists. The price is only 1,000 yen per person for 3 hours!! With a taxi, visitors can go around anywhere within the city from Tottori station. The flyer is available in English, Korean, and Chinese.
