MUJI flagship store in Yurakucho, Tokyo is the largest in the world and the only store that has a complete collection of products available in Japan. The store has been going under renovation and it will be reopening on September 4, 2015.
The renovated flagship store is intended to offer encounters with new discoveries and inspirations for day-to-day life. MUJI BOOKS will have 2,000 selected books in five categories such as food, fashion, and daily life. On the 3F, MUJI HOUSE will showcase various MUJI interior items and living environment ideas. Interior advisers will be around the store to help customers pick items. Also, ReMUJI will be available for the first time in Tokyo. ReMUJI is a collection of used MUJI clothes that have been collected from customers and re-dyed in their factory in Japan. All pieces are sold for 2,900 yen each. The cafe will be renovated as well.
