Shoppers can combine receipts and sum up the total amount for consumable and non-consumable products, and get a refund at a tax refund counter located on the 3rd floor of Ecute Ueno.

Consumable goods: cosmetics, foods, drinks, and etc.
The total pre-tax spending must be over 5,001 yen.
General goods: clothes, accessories, electric appliances, and etc.
The total pre-tax spending must be over 10,001 yen.
