“Manga*Anime*Games from Japan” at The National Art Center, Tokyo

An exhibition “Manga*Anime*Games from Japan” will present how manga, anime, and games in Japan evolved over the course of about 25 years from 1989 to the present. The exhibition is held at the National Art Center, Tokyo from June 24 to August 31, and at Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art from September 19 to November 23.

Divided into eight sections, the exhibition explains how Japanese manga, anime, and games in Japan evolved with the changes in society and the development of the technology. The exhibited works will include many of the manga, anime, and games that are currently popular overseas. Please check the official website for the updated information.
