Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair 2015 (Sep 19 & 20)

Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair known as Kyo-mafu（KYOMAF=KYOTO INTERNATIONAL MANGA ANIME FAIR）organized by Planning Committee for Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair, The City of Kyoto, will be held in Miyako Messe and Kyoto International Manga Museum on September 19 and 20, 2015. Kyo-mafu is the largest manga and anime related fair in Kansai region, and this year will be its 4th event. Last year, Kyo-mafu received over 40,000 visitors!

The main venue of the fair will be at Miyako Messe. Publishers and anime production companies will be promoting and selling their manga and anime products, and holding various events at the stage featuring voice actors/actresses, CG show and etc. At another venue, Kyoto International Manga Museum, there will be a special homage exhibition to Rimpa School of Japanese Painting, which will be a unique collaboration of Rimpa school art, traditional industries, and manga and anime.

The admission is FREE for foreign visitors at Miyako Messe venue!
