SEIBU RAIL PASS for Foreign Visitors

Seibu Railway has announced on June 18 that SEIBU RAIL PASS has become available for purchase for foreign visitors at Seibu Shinjuku station and Takadanobaba station in addition to at Shinjuku Prince Hotel and through Taiwanese travel agents.

Seibu Railway connects stations in northwest Tokyo and Saitama Prefecture. Chichibu area and Kawagoe area on Seibu line are two of the popular tourist areas for both locals and international visitors. The design of the ticket is in the motif of Japanese lucky charm amulet.


700 yen (adults only)

Valid period
Only on the date stamped

Valid area
One round trip between Seibu-Shinjuku Station or Takadanobaba Station and Hon-Kawagoe Station

How to use
Have the SEIBU RAIL PASS stamped in the stamp area at the bottom on the day of use at Seibu-Shinjuku Station or Takadanobaba Station, and go through the open counter with the station attendant.

Refunds are not available.

-This boarding pass is only for foreign tourists visiting Japan.
-A separate limited express ticket is required to use the limited express train.
-Automatic ticket gates cannot be used.
